FINAL REFLECTION
Experience
This semester seemed to have come to a close in an instant. It seems like only yesterday when I was taking this module's first lesson, but here I am, writing my final reflection. We had to complete tasks 1 and 2 concurrently, so the workload felt rather hard from the beginning. In addition to considering job 2(b), we had to examine a predetermined brand for task 1 and choose 28 brands to analyse for task 2(a). This semester was not without its challenges,.
I've experienced ups and down However this is one of the modules that I have really enjoyed it. And I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work teaching us this term. Your hard work and commitment have not gone unnoticed, and I really appreciate everything you've done, especially for being so patient with me. Your dedication to helping your kids learn and grow is truly inspiring.
You have made the classroom a fun and interesting place to learn, and your enthusiasm for the subject has made every class a pleasure to attend. Your guidance and support have been instrumental in my academic progress, and I'm so grateful to have had the chance to learn from you.
Thank you again for the great way you taught, your patience, and the difference you made in my life this term.
Observation
The observation was one of the most important things I did to make sure I came up with brand guidelines I was happy with. I don't think my brand standards would have been any good without inspiration. I truly believe that using observation to elevate my design and adding elements that other designers have done well into my own design has given me a nice-looking brand guideline.
During this 14-week period, I realised that my ideas only appeal to a certain group of people and not to everyone. Since I have my own style,
Findings
It might seem easy to make a brand outline, but in my experience, that's not the case. To make a reliable plan with the right flow, you have to try many times and make mistakes. I also learned that in order to make a brand guideline, you need to know everything there is to know about the company.
This module definitely helped me learn and understand more about branding. It also made me start to notice the brands around me and the stories behind them. I also began to notice how logos are put together.
